Over the next 33 years, he answered countless calls for help, facing emergencies with unwavering bravery and a steadfast commitment to the safety of his neighbors. Known for his professionalism, integrity, and kind heart, John became a respected figure not only within the fire department but also throughout the Chelmsford community.
Throughout his career, John demonstrated extraordinary courage and dedication. Funeral arrangements have been made to honor John Robinson’s remarkable life. The wake will take place at Blake Funeral Home, 24 Worthen Street, Chelmsford, MA, on Friday, March 27, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with a uniformed walkthrough at 4:00 PM. Members of other fire departments are invited to participate, meeting at the funeral home no later than 3:30 PM. The funeral service will be held at St. Mary’s Church, 25 North Road, Chelmsford, MA, on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
