WILL COUNTY, Ill. — A 30-year-old woman is facing multiple charges after authorities say she fatally shot her on-and-off boyfriend and his parents at a home in Crete Township, Illinois.
According to the Will County Sheriff’s Office, Jenna Strouble has been charged with nine counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of Jacob Lambert, 32, and his parents, Stacy Forde, 54, and Patrick Forde, 55.

Upon arrival, they found Lambert’s body inside a vehicle in the driveway, while his parents were discovered deceased inside the home near the front entrance.
Investigators say Strouble and Lambert had an on-and-off relationship and shared children together.
Authorities allege that after the shootings, Strouble fled to her home in St. John, Indiana, where she was later taken into custody by local police. A firearm believed to be used in the killings was recovered.
Strouble is currently being held in Indiana and is expected to be extradited to Illinois to face charges.
Stacy Forde, one of the victims, was the director of finance at Roeda in Lynwood. In a statement, the company described her as a dedicated professional and a central figure in the organization for more than two decades, while also honoring her devotion to her family.
The investigation remains ongoing.
